  • Hudson Hound has closed. The Irish pub announced on June 26 via Instagram that they are closing immediately. You can still hop on the PATH and find them at their West Village location.

🍔 Top Bite: I went to Perquin for the first time this month, and that was definitely one of the more memorable meals I've had in a minute. We got almost everything on the menu, which was all incredible, but the beef empanadas, tuna tartare special are a few things in particular I'll be thinking about for quite some time.

❤️ Favorite JC Experience: My favorite experience / deal in JC is definitely hopping aboard the Willy Wall. I believe they do have some drink & wine specials, but I love that you can bring your own snacks and choose your own adventure food wise. & those views!!!

🤔 What Being lokel Means: Taking the time to chat, understand and connect with the people in your community. I am so grateful to be a vendor at the Riverview Farmers Market here in jersey city because it gives me a really great opportunity to do that and get to know people beyond that transaction … it's giving people the grace to make mistakes, especially if it's a new spot, and allowing them time & space to flourish.
