  • Frankie, the beloved Australian-inspired restaurant on Grove Street, is closing in March after nearly a decade. The team behind Cheech's Bagels is taking over the space with a new diner concept.

  • Target is opening a 40,000 sq ft location at 104 Sip Avenue — designed for commuters — opening March 15th with doors at 7AM.

  • Trader Joe's is officially confirmed for Downtown JC at 55 Hudson Street. Target opening: 2027. Grocery era incoming.
