  • BRBQ has opened in Jersey City. The location at 532 summit ave opened back on June 20th. BRBQ is a Korean-American restaurant with wood fire flavors.

Fun Fact, Melanie designed this hat for Downtown JC!

❤️ Favorite local spot: Love La Bodega in the Heights for Coffee and Bites and for special occasions, 87 Sussex is a seriously elegant dine.

🍔 Top Bite: I had an amazing dinner at the newly opened Kat Khao in downtown, I could not stop eating the Crab Noodles! I also loved the Hojicha Latte Mocktail.

🤔 What Being lokel Means: I think to actually "own" the lokel identification, you need to live it best you can. Not just shopping and eating locally, but providing support in the form of recommendations. And taking time to volunteer for something local. Volunteering drives you into the fabric of the community, and selfishly, I will say that for me, I always feel I get more than I give from helping.
